This film was a candidate in Savannah's 48 Hour Film Festival. It won the Audience Choice Award as well as Best Sound Design, Editing, and Choreography. All things I have nothing to do with. If you noticed, it also didn't win Best VFX - a department I was in charge of. But, I like to think that this was because my VFX was just so good no one even noticed it was CGI.

The process of the 48 Hour Film Festival is we get prompts that every team will have to adhear by - we have to have a prop (a cardboard box), a line ("You won't believe what I heard"), and a character (Danny Greentree, a pickleball player) in each of our movies. And then each team would be randomly picked two different genres for the movies, and we would either chose to do one, the other, or both. But once all of our teams had our genres, the clock started and we would have 48 hours to write, prepare, shoot, and edit the whole movie.
